CONTEXT

CEZ Romania is continuously adapting to new technology and customer trends, succeeding to evolve next to its partners and customers; in line with this external approach of care, CEZ Romania demonstrates employee centricity.

OBJECTIVES

Strengthen brand position by transmitting key brand attributes – customer centricity and community centricity

Generate employer brand engagement

Contribute to the overall objective of market differentiation, both in industry and towards consumers and customers

STRATEGY

We created a clothing collection for employees to emphasize their importance and value for the company.

CONCEPT

Tailored care for the employees and customers.

IMPLEMENTATION

In partnership with Romanian designers, Iulia Radu, CEO Depot 96 and Ionut Marin, CEO Viggo, we launched a custom made-to-measure professional clothing collection for the employees of CEZ Romania’s Customer Relations Centers, in the context of a broader process of modernization and organization reshaping. The project is a new way to start a dialogue with the clients about the company’s values. The uniforms’ design was customized with brand identity and traditional Oltenian motifs which reaffirms the concern on local values.
