Roxana gained experience in market research and advertising before felling in love with PR and joining the Rogalski Damaschin family. She is a firm believer in interdisciplinary approach, detailed planning (preferably on actual paper), stories with equal parts fairy tale and science and a little kindness which goes a long way. At Rogalski she is part of the consumer department, developing campaigns for clients active in FMCG, tech, as well as NGOs. She studied Communication and Public Relations at the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest and has a masters degree in Crisis Resolution from the same institution.

In her spare time she follows foreign policy and enjoys the fine things in life: dry wine, dark coffee, a mountain to climb and a TV show to binge-watch.
